Tenant Portal

Tenant Portal Setup

If you applied online, your account is already set up, just log back in using the username and password that you set up in when you applied.

 

To set up your online account, please email me at carolsmith@scott-investments.com with your email address that you are going to use to be on file with us. You will receive an email back with your account number.  Click the ‘TENANT LOG-IN’ button, or go to https://www.scott.twa.rentmanager.com and follow the steps below:

  1. On the login screen, click sign up

  2. Enter your account number

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Click sign up

  5. You will receive a verification email

  6. Click on the link in the email and set up your account

  7. Create a unique Username and Password

  8. Confirm the Password

  9. You are all set!

The tenant portal is free to use, and you have the option to make a payment online from your checking or savings account for a $3.17 convenience fee, debit card for $5.32 convenience fee, or by credit card for a 3.76% convenience fee. These fees are collected by Zego, who is our online payment management company.
